• Responsible for leading research billing workflow and processes • Assists staff with departmental issues • Processes daily research work queues • Verifies accuracy of charge tickets • Supports customer service unit with billing questions
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Billing or insurance experience (3 years) • Prior Epic experience (preferred) • In-depth knowledge of insurance rejection/appeal and/or collection processes
