• Establish and maintain Grass’s creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints • Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets • Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with Grass’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives • Work within our existing design system to ensure all outputs are consistent and aligned with established standards • Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep Grass’s visual content fresh and cutting-edge

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in core graphic design software • Experience in motion graphics is highly regarded • Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams • A solid track record with global consumer brands, coupled with a keen understanding of contemporary design trends
