• Recruit elite talent across all functions of the business- both technical and non-technical • Create and place job postings and other media to attract candidates • Write technical and non-technical job descriptions • Compose job offer letters • Onboard new hires and coordinate their entry into their departments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 4 years of experience in a recruitment role • A warmth for people and genuine care in making the recruiting and onboarding experience the first of many great moments in an employee’s journey • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques • A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working in a high-output team
