• Customer service professional responsible for product support in Eastern India. • Create, organize, and deliver training to dealership officials and body shop managers. • Regular travel to various dealerships required initially, decreasing over time. • Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and feedback materials. • Measure training effectiveness based on usage validation; provide continuous support before, during, and after training.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Automobile Bodyshop and repair industry. • Regional Language understanding; Multi-lingual is an advantage. • Automobile background or experience working in a body shop is an advantage.
