• Customer service professional with experience in Automobile Bodyshop and repair industry • Responsible for product support to clients in Punjab & North Region India • Training facilitator to organize and deliver training to dealership officials • Create, organize and deliver training on software solutions • Provide continuous support before, during, and after training sessions • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies • Flexible to travel to dealerships regularly • Open to adopting new software technologies and imparting knowledge • Developing reports to evidence training and improvement • Maintaining attendance and feedback records

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Automobile Bodyshop and repair industry • Flexible & open to travel at multiple locations on day-to-day basis • Regional Language understanding, multi-lingual is an advantage • Automobile background is an added advantage
