Description
• Shape the future of geospatial technology • Develop innovative tools and applications • Design and develop web applications using JavaScript, React, and Node.js • Transform complex hydrologic data into formats supporting The National Map • Work in an Agile environment focused on JavaScript and Python applications in AWS Cloud Native setting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field • +2 years’ experience (Advanced education in software engineering or a related field is desirable) • Proven experience of at least 3 years in designing and developing web applications or services using technologies such as JavaScript, React, Apollo GraphQL, SQL, Node.js, and CSS3 • Demonstrated expertise with Esri/ArcGIS software development, including ArcPy Python programming • Proven track record of at least 3 years in developing and maintaining GIS software applications • Demonstrated knowledge of AWS or other cloud technologies • Experience with DevOps best practices (CI/CD automation is desirable)
