• You want to participate where strategic decisions are made? Here you get the chance to deeply engage in key projects that actively shape the growth and future of Xentral. • As a working student in Strategic Projects, you will work directly with the Co-CEO and Chief of Staff and experience first-hand how company-wide initiatives are planned and implemented. • You combine entrepreneurial thinking with a high level of personal responsibility.
🎯 Requirements
• You are currently pursuing a master's degree in business administration or a comparable field, ideally at LMU or TU Munich. • You have prior practical experience in strategic project work or project coordination, ideally in consulting or other dynamic, demanding work contexts, e.g. through working student positions or internships. • You have a knack for technology, love efficient processes, and ideally bring experience with tools like Make.com, Zapier, Clay, HubSpot, or Excel – bonus points if you've written automation scripts, but it’s not a must. • You are proactive, communicative, and possess excellent organizational skills, especially in coordinating complex projects. • You can communicate confidently in both German and English, both written and spoken.
