Requirements

• Previous experience of managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean and/or Agile techniques • Excellent grasp of modern software delivery practices and life cycle • Seasoned coach & mentor with software delivery, technical experience, and expertise • High EQ and true growth mindset • Understanding of Xero's Engineering standards and practices
