Description

• Customer Advise Recording, analyzing, coordinating, and further processing of customer orders Providing customer support via both telephone and e-mail Ensuring the agreed service quality Maintenance of the EETS online portals First-level support • Continuous Improvement Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the 1st level support workflow. Collaborate with the team to implement enhancements that contribute to overall customer satisfaction. Actively support and adhere to quality assurance processes to maintain a high standard of service delivery. • Knowledge Sharing Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure the entire team stays updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and customer requirements. Contribute to creating knowledge base articles to help customers and team members troubleshoot common issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer queries

Requirements

• Qualification Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and German and/or Dutch and/or Polish Experience in customer service, sales is beneficial Effective communication capabilities Strong analytical capabilities Proven experience working with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel Working as active team pleaser onsite and remote Prior experience in the toll industry is beneficial Prior experience in Customer Service function is beneficial
