📋 Description
• Building new features and have a solid understanding of the full web development life cycle. • Making changes and shipping code to production continuously. • Troubleshoot and resolve applications bottlenecks and bugs. • Maintaining the existing codebase and identifying possible improvements. • Writing Unit Tests for existing and new features. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Making sure the documentation of the project is accurate and helpful, manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and software engineering best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science • Proficient use of English, both writing and speaking • Strong experience (at least 4 years) in Node.js development • Strong experience architecting and building reliable, scalable, maintainable high-performance web applications • Experience with building and maintaining customer-facing APIs • Experience with any of the following frameworks: Express, Nest or Next • Experience with databases and ORM concepts, preferably with PostgreSQL or MySQL • Understanding and usage of containerized software (Docker) • Familiarity with AWS cloud platform • Familiarity with TypeScript • Solid understanding of web development principles, including RESTful APIs, authentication, and security • Experience working with Git version control, Unit testing, and Continuous Integration • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
