📋 Description

• Xometry powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. • Xometry is looking for a MFG/DFM Engineer for its international team, responsible for all stages of the customer's product's technological and production process. • The MFG/DFM Engineer will conduct a manufacturability assessment and oversee the engineering cases from customer orders to final product delivery. • This role ensures successful delivery of customer orders while upholding quality standards and involves a mix of case management, process improvement, and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a engineering related field is preferred. • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations • Proficiency in English & Turkish • Working knowledge of and/or education, skills, and experience associated with manufacturing processes, engineering drawings requirements mechanical and electrical inspection methods. • Strong knowledge about CNC machining, sheet metal applications and their succeeding processes (EDM, Coating, etc.). • Knowledge about GD&T tolerances and production methods tolerance capabilities. • Capable to give design feed-backs and able to use CAD. • Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems. • A self-starter, who works independently, and can drive actions to completion. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. • Able to multitask, meet deadlines and support all supplier quality field activities. • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) + ability to manage up and to the side.
