Description

•Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) connects people with big ideas to manufacturers who can bring them to life. •Role focuses on executing acquisition and retention for user marketing for Thomasnet. •Contributing to the strategy to increase traffic and enable a user marketing journey. •Create, execute, and support marketing strategies to grow user traffic and evaluation sessions. •Analyze marketing campaign performance including metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

•2+ years of relevant experience in buyer marketing, preferably in a Marketplace and/or B2B setting. •Advanced English level (Required) •BA/BS degree with a strong academic record. •Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint (and Google Docs equivalents), Looker. •Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). •Experience executing customer marketing plans in a digital marketplace. •Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, product and services teams. •Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, with high attention to detail. •Demonstrated ability to define/undertake work assignments with minimal supervision. •History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. •Experience in project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize. •Experience with creating user flows and managing customer experience through different channels of communication. •A willingness to think creatively, test frequently and learn from failures.
