• Accounting qualification or equivalent. • Xero Advisor Certification. • ApprovalMax Certification (desirable). • Extensive accounting experience with proven expertise in auditing (ensuring compliance and best practices). • Experience implementing financial management systems (e.g., Xero, MS Business Central, and integrated applications). • Advanced level MS Excel skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment. • Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to support clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Solutions-focused with robust problem-solving capabilities (diagnose issues, identify solutions, and implement them). • Experience in providing training and support to clients on new financial management systems and processes. • Excellent communication skills.
