Description
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses. • Create visually compelling reports using Power BI. • Attend client meetings to understand reporting needs. • Connect diverse data sources to import and transform data. • Improve and automate data collection and reporting. • Design data solutions that comply with governance and security. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their goals. • Prevent, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges efficiently. • Rapidly adapt to unfamiliar business systems and processes. • Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. • Present clear strategies to achieve clients’ goals. • Organize data logically and prioritize variables and visuals. • Fluent in SQL query writing, including complex joins. • Strong skills in Excel with the ability to handle large datasets. • Identify data quality issues and implement strategies to mitigate risks. • Collaborate well with team members, sharing knowledge and mentoring others. • Effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders. • Expert-level Power BI development and database performance optimization. • Strong MS Office suite skills, particularly in Excel.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, working with large data sets. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and data analysis. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery approaches. • Proven ability to manage concurrent projects and stakeholders effectively.
