Description

• Ensure the organization adheres to its contractual commitments and regulatory requirements • Review, audit, and ensure compliance of contractual agreements • Conduct thorough contract reviews and monitor compliance activities • Implement processes to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Prior experience as a Contracts Compliance Associate • At least four years of experience in contract management and compliance preferred • Strong understanding of legal and contractual principles • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels • Proficient in using contract management systems and tools such as JIRA and Concord • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
