• XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join the team! • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to increase organic traffic and visibility • Conduct regular and thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for growth • Optimize website structure, content, and technical aspects to align with SEO best practices • Develop and implement effective off-page optimization strategies, including backlink building and outreach • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO initiatives and drive continuous improvement • Monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement • Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports to stakeholders • Proactively identify problems and deficiencies, implementing prompt and effective solutions • Suggest process improvements and optimize workflows for increased productivity • Collaborate closely with web developers and other internal teams to ensure technical SEO implementation • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices • Facilitate and effectively communicate with multiple teams in a multicultural environment to achieve goals • Leverage international SEO techniques to improve rankings and traffic in multiple markets
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEO, with strong expertise in SEO including On page SEO, off page SEO, technical SEO and international SEO • At least 2 years of experience in off-page optimization and international SEO • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through SEO strategies • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager, and Google Tracking • Proficient in using web analytics tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console • In-depth understanding of research principles and methods to extract actionable insights • Experience in the forex trading platform niche is highly preferred • Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
