Description
• Become an expert in the Xtremepush platform. • Work with incoming clients to produce a technical discovery document. • Provide technical assistance during onboarding and ensure optimal integrations. • Support existing clients with technical challenges. • Offer strategic support to clients on complex computations and machine learning models. • Help clients create analytical dashboards and develop bespoke solutions.
Requirements
• Proven technical support experience, preferably for SaaS platforms. • Strong understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP). • Good knowledge of RESTful APIs. • A strong interest or previous experience with AWS. • Strong and demonstrable SQL skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Detail-oriented and organised, capable of organising cross-functional projects. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
