Description
• Maintain the global IT asset inventory • Execute and maintain processes for tracking technical and financial data • Enhance lifecycle management processes for IT assets • Track software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts • Ensure updates of all hardware serial numbers into a configuration management system • Maintain integrity of CMDB • Conduct software asset reconciliation and audit activities
Requirements
• University degree or college diploma in Management or similar discipline • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT asset management, procurement, or related function • Working knowledge of software licensing agreements and corporate licensing programs • Strong familiarity with asset management software and/or inventory-tracking systems • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies • General knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and logistics terms • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data management tools
