Description

• Join the Xylem global mission to solve water challenges • Support forecasting and budgeting for HQ Functions • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting • Collaborate with functional leaders for forecasts and budgets • Conduct monthly variance analysis • Drive continuous improvement with automation and simplification • Partner with Americas Accounting organization • Handle ad hoc reporting as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance/accounting • Minimum of 2 years of business experience • Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Engage with business process owners effectively • Demonstrated skill in written and oral communications • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OneStream skills • Oracle/SAP knowledge preferred
