Requirements

• Fluent in English is mandatory • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). • Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support. • Familiarity with the Brazilian market and cultural nuances.
