Executive Search and Headhunter

📋 Description

• Schedules and conducts inspections and field assessments to evaluate structure and property damage for clients. • Reviews and synthesizes relevant information to prepare damage estimates, scopes, and project reports. • Performs analysis of invoices, budgets, schedules, and reports on behalf of the clients. • Operates on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines, expenses, and other factors critical to operational efficiency and cost management during all phases of construction. • Communicates and corresponds regularly with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and insureds. • Participates in regular client meetings and supports business development initiatives. • Work independently on small to medium sized projects and part of a team on larger losses. • Provides technical oversight and support to junior consultants. • Maintains job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5-7 years of relevant construction, restoration, project management or insurance experience • Xactimate experience required • WRT, FSRT, HAAG or other appropriate industry certificates or certifications obtained or in progress • Ability to travel required
