Description

• Manage, develop and fulfill our client business relationships with global clients who advertise on Yahoo! JAPAN and LINE Ad platforms. • Build and maintain deep relationships with global advertisers at all levels of the client side by understanding the client’s business and structure and expanding their business and connections in the US, EMEA, and APAC. • Assist with projects at relevant stages of business development, facilitating the client's understanding of the onboarding process and ensuring projects progress as planned. • Drive revenue from assigned clients and lead client meetings and delegate/prioritize follow-up action items as well as leading overall strategy and conducting checks on settings with Optimization Strategist and Ad Operation Specialists. • Regularly engage with clients to up-sell to existing advertisers, cross-sell new products, and provide day-to-day support to achieve client goals. • Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers. • Create reports and presentation decks for clients to inform them of their campaign performance. • Optimize campaigns by analyzing ad performance, recommending adjustments to key performance drivers and enhancing bidding strategies. • Respond to general and specific client requests including billing inquiries, campaign inquiries, bidding requests, relevancy questions, etc. • Collaborate with the engineering team to execute client requests that require technical support or that help to streamline flows and automate processes. • Collaborate with global business partners located in the US, EMEA, and APAC on proposal development, presentations, selling into new business and assisting with up-selling existing clients. • Maintain and update proficiencies in Japan and global digital marketing space. • Discover pain points, client’s business situations, needs, challenges/opportunities, target, budget, manage MBR/QBR, up-sell communication. • May require travel within Japan or abroad depending on client location.

Requirements

• Native-level speaker of Chinese. • Fluent verbal and written Japanese and English skills and must be able to conduct business in both English and Japanese. • 5-7+ years experience working in digital marketing or client-facing roles in online advertising, Display Marketing. • Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including best practices for campaign optimization and management, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. • Familiarity with Yahoo! JAPAN advertising products, LINE Ad/official account and/or Google advertising products. • In-depth understanding and ability to analyze client ROI/CPA goals and data, media buying cycles, website architecture, product/service refresh plans, marketing concepts, target demographics, etc. • Ability to solve complex problems and identify opportunities through in-depth analysis, category expertise, and critical thinking. • Project management skills and the ability to set correct priorities while overseeing multiple projects. • Computer skills, including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and PPT. • Applicants must exhibit a versatile and proactive entrepreneurial mindset, embrace challenges with a positive attitude, and demonstrate alignment with our growth-focused mission.
