Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage Yahoo Mail cloud infrastructure. • Migrate large-scale on-prem applications to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, including automation, deployment, the establishment of CI/CD pipelines. • Formulation of reusable cloud infrastructure templates via infrastructure as code (IaC) methodologies.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP, MAIL protocols (e.g. IMAP, SMTP), DNS, load balancers, and troubleshooting techniques. • Basic understanding of managing GCP services, including Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Compute Engine (GCE), Networking, Security, CI/CD pipelines, and other common Cloud technologies. • Knowledge in constructing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm Charts. • Experience in programming using Python, Golang, or Java, and the ability to build CI/CD pipelines for deploying services in these languages.
