• A Diamond Account Management is responsible for building and maintaining deep partnerships with Y! digital highest value clients. • Engage directly with advertisers across all segments and levels of their organization. • Evaluate and analyze performance using analytics tools to diagnose potential issues and identify improvement opportunities. • Implement creative ways to build and nurture client relationships, consult on strategy, share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote products. • Capable of working independently and expanding relationships through regular face-to-face client visits. • Participate in ad-hoc projects to develop new standard methodologies, product knowledge, analytical techniques, and industry-specific insights.
• Undergraduate degree • 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience • Demonstrated partnerships with large clients and proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients • Deep understanding of the digital media industry with the ability to credibly articulate strategic insights for clients that are based on data and research • History of selecting appropriate products from a diverse product arsenal to solve the client’s advertising objectives; ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and position them against competitors
