Description
• Ideating, designing, and building security solutions • Writing high quality and performant code, unit tests, functional tests, and documentation • Debugging code • Reviewing fellow teammates' code • Participating in technical security discussions • Troubleshoot, report, and prioritize operational issues • Improve and promote operational scalability
Requirements
• 5+ years of software development experience • Security background is preferred • Proficiency in Java & Cloud • Preferred in Go and JavaScript/Node • Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts • Familiarity with large-scale software architecture, networking, distributed systems, and UNIX/Linux environments • Familiarity with open-source software • Familiarity with vulnerabilities • Familiarity with web servers and web service APIs • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
