Description
• Lead engineering for Yahoo Mail iOS app's commerce utilities and revenue growth • Build high quality and high performance features for Yahoo Mail users • Drive technical excellence and best engineering practices • Provide technical leadership in a fast-paced environment • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers for new features and improvements • Optimize application/platform code for efficiency and performance
Requirements
• BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 6+ years experience • Strong OO programming experience: Swift, Objective-C, C++, Java or similar • Strong foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design • Excellent technical knowledge of iOS mobile application development with a solid understanding of the framework components and their life cycles • Experience in software development domain and principles, including design patterns, code structure, programming languages, continuous integration, and deployment architecture • Experience with mobile test driven development using XCUITest, Appium, Kiwi or similar technologies • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
