Description

•Lead the end-to-end execution of user acquisition (UA) campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, Unity, and more. •Manage and optimize UA efforts for assigned mobile game titles from soft launch through post-launch growth, ensuring campaigns meet Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Lifetime Value (LTV) targets. •Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimization of ongoing UA campaigns. •Oversee creative testing strategies and manage the full creative process from ideation to deployment, including working with in-house artists and external agencies. •Spearhead App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to improve organic visibility and conversions across iOS and Google Play stores. •Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize growth. •Stay current with the latest trends and innovations in mobile user acquisition, mobile advertising, and mobile gaming markets.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in mobile game user acquisition, preferably in diverse genres and game types. •Proven expertise in managing UA campaigns through different stages of a mobile game’s lifecycle, from soft launch to scale. •Strong analytical skills with experience working in a metric-driven role focused on optimizing for ROI, ROAS, and LTV. •Familiarity with creative testing, ad optimization, and campaign management across multiple platforms and networks. •Experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) and familiarity with AdMon is a plus. •Fluent in English, verbal and written. (Additional languages, an advantage) •Motivated, organized and a “get things done” approach. •Creativity, out of the box thinking and good writing skills.
