• Analyze operations, scope projects, and document process flows in collaboration with production teams. • Define Information Systems solutions and lead implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP modules. • Manage incident resolution and provide ongoing support for ERP issues. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an ERP environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office365 applications, especially advanced Excel functions. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluent in German and English
