• Engineering manager position for financial services developers • Lead Yassir's Europe tech hub • Design, develop, and deliver powerful applications in a highly dynamic environment • Contribute to hiring the engineering team for the responsible product • Establish a culture of technical excellence • Oversee engineering teams and their projects • Build robust and scalable software in Node.js • Improve existing code quality through introducing quality assurance and performing code reviews • Extensive experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, continuous delivery, and modern human-computer interfaces • Excellent leadership and project management skills • Solid software design knowledge • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment • BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field
Requirements
• Good understanding and hands-on experience of TDD and DDD • Experience managing remote teams • 3+ years of work experience as an engineering manager or tech lead at an engineering department • Extensive experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, continuous delivery, and modern human-computer interfaces • Excellent leadership and project management skills • Solid software design knowledge • Must have a BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
