Description

• Build, maintain and enhance the existing migration tools • Architect new and more efficient ways to migrate prospects and customers • Collaborate on migration tool design, following an overall structure and making informed programming arrangements • Document all aspects of the migration solutions • Work with Yassir's leadership and product managers to comprehend hiring needs and develop a hiring strategy for Berlin and France • Contribute to the company's overall strategy by working closely with the engineering, data and operations teams • Liaise with our Algiers and Berlin office and handle the different stakeholders across countries and products

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience and 3 years as an engineering manager • Strong comprehending and professional experience with Python • Experience with development change management solutions such as Git • Time management in reference to meeting target time frames and prioritizing customer migration efforts • Good comprehension of agile methodologies • Excellent project management know-how, ideally experience taking care of remote teams • Experience in a rapidly growing company in the mobility or on-demand service space is a plus
