📋 Description
• Optimize and streamline processes to ensure our Product organization operates efficiently and effectively • Own and evolve the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) by improving alignment, execution and squad collaboration • Facilitate key cross-functional meetings (product reviews, product alignment, retrospectives) to drive strategic decisions and team alignment • Act as the central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Design and other teams to enhance communication and collaboration • Manage and optimize tooling and documentation, ensuring Notion, Jira and JIRA Product Discovery support async collaboration and team workflows • Analyze and improve process effectiveness, identifying opportunities to reduce friction and enhance team performance • Scale Product Operations as YAZIO grows, ensuring new squads are set up for success as the organization expands
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Agile Coaching, ideally in a fast-growing product organization • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes and operational best practices • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and senior leadership • Proficiency in process optimization and strategic problem-solving, with a continuous improvement mindset • Experience working in a fully remote environment, ensuring effective async communication and documentation
