Description

• Yembo is a remote company on a mission to bring trust and transparency to home services industries through virtual inspection technology. • We’re looking for a support software engineer to handle product-related customer escalations and maintain secure, reliable code at scale. • You'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical support tickets and implementing long-term solutions.

Requirements

• Full stack developer (PHP, Javascript, React, Typescript, AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, Cloudfront, Route 53), MongoDB, NodeJS) - Backend focus preferred with ability to collaborate with frontend developers • Ability to write idiomatic code and adhere to best practices • Be able to jump into an existing code base and understand what’s going on • Knack for troubleshooting and problem solving • Ability to communicate technical solutions internally and externally • Ability to work with external developers on integrations • Ability to see projects through from start to finish • Ability to analyze support data and come up with solutions to reduce repeat issues • Autonomous, driven, can-do attitude
