📋 Description

• Responsible for delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to various clients. • Liaise between clients and the team to deliver services that meet business goals. • Proactively resolve client queries or complaints, or report to management. • Participate in project status meetings and stand-ups as required. • Communicate any identified project risks to the Project Manager. • Participate in workshops with clients to capture requirements and data models. • Create Dynamics 365 application modules and customize CRM solutions. • Develop and execute test scripts to ensure quality standards and resolve issues. • Build and maintain custom plugins, workflow assemblies, and Power Portals. • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. • Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for SQL development and manage solution deployment. • Develop and integrate third-party APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business related discipline • 5+ years' experience in Dynamics 365 development and configuration • Strong knowledge of C#, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365 SDK, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to develop high-quality documentation. • Excellent stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • Proficient in the use of Microsoft stack such as Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI • Experience with Dynamics 365 C# helper / process plugin development and enhancement • Experience with Dynamics 365 Power Pages (Dynamics Portal, ADX Studio)
