📋 Description

• Responsibilities include managing AWS-based ERP environment and technical infrastructure. • Maintain and optimize ERP database and troubleshoot performance issues. • Oversee data quality and compliance across platforms. • Manage intranet content and assist in cross-functional collaboration. • Create and update templates and manage phone system administration. • Design custom reports and layouts, and handle product setup in ERP. • Set up API integrations, monitor logs for performance, and maintain courier integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in IT support or system administration, with additional exposure to ERP systems • Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3) for hosting and managing databases • Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, phone system administration (PBX/VoIP), and cloud storage (OneDrive) • Proficiency in SQL or other database query languages for data analysis and troubleshooting • Experience integrating and monitoring APIs, including handling log files and error resolution. • Ability to design and maintain custom fields, reports, and templates within an ERP or similar system • Capable of interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for optimization • Adept at inventory management, data cleansing, and process automation. • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to an evolving IT landscape. • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or others) • ERP-specific credentials (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) are a plus
