📋 Description
• YipitData is the market-leading data and analytics firm. • We analyze billions of data points every day to provide accurate insights across various industries. • We look for a Senior User Experience Designer to lead our product through complex UX challenges. • This role combines research & design, owning projects from start to finish in collaboration with Product & Engineering.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience designing data applications that provide analytics and insights in simple and actionable ways. • Experience designing data analytics applications, including dashboards and data visualizations (this requirement is a high priority!). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to a diverse audience. • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma as well as cutting-edge AI tools to empower you to go faster. • Excellent user research skills and the ability to translate research findings into tangible design solutions. • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
