Description

• Facilitating and leading agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and promote continuous improvement; • Championing Agile principles and practices to create a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork; • Supporting and coaching development teams in the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices; • Working closely with Product Owners and Client Partners to prioritize and groom the product backlog; • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and incorporate best practices; • Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and tools to improve the development process; • Participating in regular show and tells to promote your work to both your department and the wider company.

Requirements

• Commercial experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment; • Experience working with DORA metrics; • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, specially Spotify model; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams; • Strong problem-solving skills; • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality solutions.
