• Responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and administering all aspects of the human resources function for the Mid-Atlantic Region • Provide day-to-day management of the Employee Relations team
• Commercial experience of working with React and Node • Experience with GraphQL • Experience in distributed version control systems (e.g. Git) • Experience in testing your own products • Knowledge of Typescript and in writing automated tests (Cypress) • Self-motivated, proactive and always looking for ways to improve and develop yourself • A good communicator, both in writing and verbally. You’ll be able to explain technical ideas and concepts in business-friendly language • Detail oriented • Used to working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Analytical and problem-solving oriented • A genuine believer in diversity and fairness
