• Understand, analyze, and help break down business requirements into implementable features. • Capture and track the delivery of planned work. • Communicate and resolve impediments. • Shorten feedback loops. • Help maintain the product backlog. • Provide input during discussions to ensure correct, scalable, reliable, and performant solutions. • Participate in discussions about management methods, agile practices, and tools selected for the project management process at YND.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken, in both Polish and English) • Degree in computer science or a related technical or engineering field • Experience with Agile software development • Eager to learn and improve • Nice to have experience with requirements management tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence) • Agile certification
