Description

• As a Ruby Developer, you will be responsible for the development of the back-end services of the system. • You will be joining a cross-functional team of very experienced engineers, who believe in making great products and have all the technical skills to make it happen. • You will be working with a senior team member who will oversee your work and provide necessary training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with recent Ruby versions • Good knowledge of Ruby on Rails, preferably with recent versions • Ability to write code that contributes to correct, scalable, reliable, and performant systems • Good knowledge of automated tests and writing testable code • Ability to think critically about own and others’ solutions • Experience with Scrum / Agile environment • Be open and willing to learn from mistakes • Be open to feedback from more experienced peers • Proactive approach - suggesting, researching and finding solutions to the problems • Creativity & attention to detail - always looking for an opportunity to make things better • Good command of English (written and spoken)
