🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Lead Engineer. • Strong background in software development and system architecture. • Experience with incident management, on-call processes, and debugging production issues. • Knowledge of observability & monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic). • Expertise in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices, including incident prevention, automation, and post-mortem analysis. • Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication. • Experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, and ensuring high-performance execution. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess risks, prioritize work, and guide technical decisions. • Fluent in English
