Description

• Seeking a mature, adaptable, and hands-on SCRUM Master to develop innovative products in an agile environment. • Go beyond traditional SCRUM Master responsibilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders. • Understand complex project dependencies and adjust key metrics to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a SCRUM Master, Agile Coach, or similar role, preferably with a background in R&D or product development. • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams within a software development or platform environment. • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM and Kanban. • Experience in Agile metrics (cycle time, lead time) and data-driven decision-making. • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and dependencies. • Excellent communicator, flexible and open to change, with strong problem-solving skills. • Hands-on, self-motivated, and proactive approach to project management. • Preferred: SCRUM Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
