Description
• Design & Implementation: Driving design-related topics from the early stages to testing of BCU-based switchgear. • Configuration & Testing: Configure field control devices like SIPROTEC 5 and validate system integrity. • Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of HVDC technology and AC switchyard systems. • Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • Proven experience in AC switchyard technology for HVDC or high-voltage switchgear systems (AIS/GIS) • Strong understanding of field control devices and configuration, with expertise in the SIPROTEC 5 series • Proficiency in DIGSI 5, CFC, and other relevant tools • Knowledge of high-voltage protection and control systems • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision • Hands-on experience with HVDC technology and advanced high-voltage switchgear systems (preferred) • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for high-voltage systems (preferred) • Experience with testing, commissioning, or manufacturing of high-voltage switchgear (preferred)
