Description

• Yopeso seeks a proactive Technical Writer for software documentation. • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing technical content. • Collaborate with development and engineering teams to enhance documentation processes. • Work independently to gather information and document processes precisely. • Create release notes to inform end-users about software updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, ideally in the software or energy industries. • Previous experience working with Confluence or similar wiki-based documentation platforms. • Strong knowledge of Confluence and content management systems, with the ability to structure and organize documentation effectively. • Basic knowledge of HTML or markup languages (e.g., Markdown) is a plus. • Excellent English language skills, with exceptional attention to grammar, clarity, and detail. • Ability to work independently with partial information, conducting research, and proactively seeking answers to complete documentation tasks. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple documentation projects, ensuring high quality and consistency across all content. • Comfortable working with development and product teams to stay informed and clarify technical information as needed.
