• Hands-on experience with migrating existing applications from an on-premises environment to the cloud • Experience with application modernization, focusing on replacing legacy frameworks • Familiarity with legacy application development patterns, technology stacks, and programming languages • Proficiency in Java or C#, and a willingness to learn new languages • Knowledge and experience with modern software development practices • Experience with workload containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) • Hands-on experience with various data storage systems, including SQL and NoSQL
