Description
• Lead the development of AI across both LLM and Search • Push the state-of-the-art in what is capable for LLMs and Search • Architect and build data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs • Optimize LLM inference for speed and quality • Augment and manage the core infrastructure of you.com LLMs and the surrounding model management and orchestration
Requirements
• Strong experience training, fine-tuning, improving, and maintaining large-scale LLMs • Excellent programming and systems understanding • Independently driven and holds themselves to very high standards • Nice-to-have: PhD/MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related areas • Nice-to-have: Experience building distributed systems for search, crawling the web, and data pipelines
