Description

• Assist with Content Creation: Create educational materials such as articles, flyers, and webinars. • Triage Support: Collect preliminary participant information, enter data into Salesforce. • First-Line Participant Support: Respond to live chats, texts, and phone calls. • Introductory Calls: Conduct initial “Intro to Your Money Line” calls with participants. • Shadowing Opportunities: As time permits, shadow senior Financial Guides in participant sessions.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in financial planning or a related field • Interest in pursuing AFC® or CFP® certification (Your Money Line will assist in gaining required experience hours) • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with technology and quickly learning new systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
