• We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our Business Development department at Your Personal AI. • As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals. • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions. • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues. • Track and analyze client usage data to optimize their experience. • If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients succeed, we would love to hear from you.
