• CareQuest Innovation Partners drives market impact through health programs, pilots, and impact investing. • As a Senior Analyst, you will develop advanced analytics to support decision-making and evaluate healthcare solutions. • Create a self-service reporting platform for stakeholders. • Conduct data analysis to assess business and clinical outcomes. • Develop interactive dashboards for insights communication. • Collaborate with teams to support innovation programs and generate impact analyses.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, public health, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in analytics, working with claims, EHR, or similar datasets; experience with dental data preferred. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with big data platforms like Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks. • Expertise in developing dashboards in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to test hypotheses, interpret results, and translate data into actionable insights. • Knowledge of healthcare industry metrics and business intelligence practices. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Passion for improving healthcare and a desire to drive change through analytics and innovation.
