Description

• Focus on planning and implementation of processes to optimize the customer journey • Collaborate with team and customers to optimize department activities • Analyze existing processes in marketing and sales to identify potentials • Support design and implementation of attribution models for clients • Help clients analyze marketing, sales, and customer data to identify trends

Requirements

• Very sound experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, and CRM management • Understanding of B2B GoToMarket strategies (product-led, inbound sales, outbound sales, partner-led, etc.) • Experience with B2B GoToMarket tools (sales/outbound, billing (subscription management, etc.) • Motivation to build up a department in cooperation with the existing team • Desire to surpass oneself personally and career-wise • Eye for detail, keen interest in technology, inquisitive, analytical
