As a Staff Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for proposing solutions to mature and reduce risk in Yubico’s business operations and to support strategic projects.
🎯 Requirements
8 years of experience leading business process reengineering and transformation efforts that deliver improvements in efficiency, resilience, and customer experience. Experience quantifying outcomes based on metrics and key performance indicators (KPI). Experience developing business cases to justify investment in maturing, reengineering, and transforming business processes. Able to work through ambiguous desired outcomes to collaborate with stakeholders to develop a plan to achieve those outcomes. Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
