• Experience from 0 to 3 years • Experience in a start-up/ Freelance • Community management/Content moderation • Strong understanding of social media platforms • Excellent written communication and decision-making skills. • Familiarity with risk and crisis management strategies • Ability to analyze data and identify trends. • Reporting • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Data driven • Research skills • Nice to have: French, Polish, German • Communication • Attention to detail • Problem solving • Adaptability • Curiosity • Autonomy
